What we need…

The Application Support Analyst II Installs and maintains the Atomic automation scheduler package, Ipswitch FTP Client, Fedline Advantage ACH and Federal Reserve Axway Secure Client applications. Implements patches and upgrades to these applications and the servers that they reside on. Monitors failures and successful processes driven by these applications. Writes documentation and reviews established documentation by others that describe installation and operating procedures. Interacts with Check Item Processing to setup and support the processes co-owned by Item Processing and Operations. Provides training and technical assistance to all operations personnel staff.

What you’ll do…

  • Provide technical assistance for new product evaluations, implementations and system enhancements, upgrades, modifications, and for resolution of application issues and issues related to operational systems and processes
  • Perform system maintenance and changes. Schedules and performs application related recurring password changes as required by COCC security policies.
  • Maintain and reviews WRS tickets (work requests) to ensure requests and issues are effectively resolved in a timely manner
  • Provide support for off-hours production issues when needed
  • Review logs for failures on all applicable platforms
  • Test software upgrades before live implementation occurs

What you’ll bring…

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical/application support role
  • Experience with production scheduling tools (ex: CA7, ZEKE) is a nice to have.

The salary range for this position is $71,400 - $96,600
