What we need…

A Vendor and Contracts Manager to manage the lifecycle of vendor contracts and relationships, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Also responsible for leading a team in the negotiation and execution of key contracts with external partners.

What you’ll do

  • Manage teams to identify control weaknesses, regulatory compliance issues and potential areas of risk for all segments of the data processing and information technology business based on the FFIEC guidelines
  • Work with internal and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate completion of all audits
  • Manage, design and maintain programs, policies and procedures for all Vendor Management
  • Create reports and present to Board of Directors
  • Manage teams and negotiate contracts; terms, conditions, service levels, costs, industry compliance and regulatory governance
  • Manage NDA’s, MSA’s, SOW’s, Addendums, Amendments and SAAS Agreements
  • Perform staff reviews, budgets and other administrative programs as required

What you’ll bring…

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications.
  • Minimum of 2 years of contract or vendor compliance experience
  • Minimum of 2-5 years team management
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
  • Ability to manage and maintain documentation of vendor management program on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with FFIEC guidelines
  • Ability to report updates to Board of Directors on Vendor Management Program and any potential vendor risks associated with those vendors
  • Proficient in vendor management software (WolfPac preferred)
  • Basic math ability and exposure to higher math and statistics
  • Microsoft Office: Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word

Salary range for this role is $ 91,800-$132,600K annually
